Payment is only required if you approve the design and wish to have the website published and made live. Once payment is received and the website is published, the 30-day money-back guarantee period begins.

All payments are processed securely. Subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law or under our 30-day money-back guarantee. Billing Descriptor: Charges on your credit card or bank statement will appear as "1daywebsites.com" or a similar variation.

The initial design process includes reasonable revisions to ensure your satisfaction. After the website is published and paid for, changes are handled according to your selected support plan. Hosting Only plans do not include updates from our team. Basic and Pro plans include monthly strategic changes as outlined in each plan's description. Additional changes beyond your plan's allocation may incur extra fees.
Unlimited Edits Definition (Managed Basic & Pro Plans): "Unlimited edits" refers to unlimited small edits to your existing website pages. Small edits include: text changes (headlines, paragraphs, CTAs), image swaps (client-provided assets), button/link/form updates, section reordering or visibility changes, minor layout and spacing adjustments, and updating offers, pricing, or messaging within the current structure.
Not Included as Small Edits: New page creation, full page or site redesigns, copywriting from scratch, logo or brand design, custom illustrations or graphics, advanced integrations or custom code, and backend systems, apps, or paid traffic management. If a request falls outside this scope, we will notify you and provide a separate quote before proceeding.

3-Month Commitment for Managed Plans: Because your site is custom built and launched as part of our managed service, we ask for an initial 3-month commitment for Managed Basic and Managed Pro plans. This is not a binding contract or lock-in—it's a mutual commitment period that allows us to build your site, launch it, and work together to optimize it for your business goals. After the initial 3-month period, you may change or cancel your plan at any time with no penalties.
Cancellation Process: You may cancel your monthly support plan at any time by contacting [email protected]. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period.
Upon Cancellation of Managed Plans: When you cancel a Managed Basic or Managed Pro plan, you can downgrade to Handoff pricing ($500 for a 1-page site + $100 per additional page as a one-time fee, plus $24/month hosting flat rate) if you decide to keep your website online. This gives you continued hosting and access to make your own updates.
Handoff Plan Cancellation: Handoff / Hosting Only plans can be canceled at any time. Upon cancellation, your website will be taken offline at the end of your billing period.
Important: If you cancel your plan without downgrading to Handoff hosting, your website will be taken offline and will no longer be accessible to visitors. To keep your website live, you must maintain either a Managed plan or downgrade to Handoff hosting.
Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate service immediately for violation of these terms, non-payment, or illegal activity. No refunds will be issued for early termination due to terms violations.
We offer a $1 domain promotion for qualifying domains (under $15 regular price) with managed support plans. This promotion is limited to one domain per website and must be redeemed within one year of purchasing your support subscription. Domains registered under this promotion renew at standard market rates after the first year. You are responsible for domain renewal fees. Failure to renew your domain may result in loss of the domain.
